Eligibility and Registration

The Platform is intended for use by legal business entities engaged in car rental or related services.
By registering, you represent that you are authorized to bind your company to these Terms.
Registration requires accurate and complete company details. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in suspension or termination of access.

Trial Period

Upon registration, your company will receive a free trial period of one (1) month.
During the trial, you may use all or part of the Platform’s features depending on the package offered.
At the end of the trial, you must convert your account to a paid subscription to continue using the Platform.
If you do not upgrade before the trial ends, all account data (including customer records, rental history, and settings) will be permanently deleted after a grace period of [X days, e.g., 7 days]. This deletion is irreversible.

Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees, billing cycles, and payment methods will be communicated during account upgrade.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

Use of the Platform

You are responsible for all activities carried out under your company’s account.
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Platform.
- Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code.
You are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of the business data you upload.
By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and back up such data for the purposes of providing the service.
We follow reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data will be permanently deleted upon account termination, whether by your request, expiration of the trial, or non-renewal of subscription.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including software, design, and documentation, remain the property of [Your Company Name].
You may use the Platform only as expressly permitted under these Terms.

Availability and Support

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Your Company Name] is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the subscription fee paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
You may terminate your subscription at any time; however, fees already paid are non-refundable.
Upon termination, your access will cease and data will be deleted as described in Section 2.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
